Commercial flooring takeoffs
FathomTrowel / scope desk
Clear scope before you price the work.
Choose the level of takeoff support that fits the bid in front of you. Every engagement is scoped against the drawings, programme, and trade detail you send us.
Three ways to engage
Scope the support around the bid.
The pilot takeoff service-fee schedule is published below. Project scope, costing rates, and capacity are confirmed after we review the drawings and deadline.
- Trade-reviewed quantities from your drawing set
- Clear scope notes, measurement basis, and exclusions
- Delivered around the tender date we agree
Fee confirmed after review. Send the drawing set and tender date to start the scope review.
- An agreed flow of takeoffs across active tenders
- Continuity on your preferred measurement approach
- A direct estimating partner when bid volume moves
We confirm capacity and scope before any ongoing arrangement.
- A quick review of the brief and drawing completeness
- Priority sequencing agreed before work begins
- The same measured, explainable output as standard work
Rush capacity is checked against the deadline and drawing quality.
- UK commercial flooring and tiling focus
- Trade-reviewed measurement basis
- No invented rates or checkout pricing

Before we start
Assumptions that keep the scope honest.
- The supplied drawings are legible, current, and representative of the scope to be priced.
- The requested trade scope, measurement units, and tender deadline are agreed before work starts.
- Clarifications or revised drawing sets may change the agreed scope and delivery plan.
Not included by default
- No rates, margin, preliminaries, or final tender value are assumed on your behalf.
- No site verification, design responsibility, specification review, or procurement advice is included unless agreed separately.
- Missing, contradictory, or late information is flagged rather than silently estimated.
All offers are scoped individually. Submit a request to confirm fit, capacity, and the final brief.
