Contractor resource / issued estimate review

Use estimate revisions to check a flooring bid

Issued revisions help you see what was priced, when it was issued and which tender drawing information was recorded against it. Use those details alongside the tender information you are reviewing.

01 / Latest issued summary

Match the latest issue to the tender

The latest issued estimate summary shows its revision ID and issue date when those values are present, along with the total in GBP. When an earlier estimate was issued, it also shows the change from that previous issue. For a first issue there is no previous total to compare.

Drawing reference
A source drawing set or revision is shown when it was recorded for that issue. Check it against the tender drawings you are using.
Issued PDF and lines
Open the latest issued PDF and review its issued estimate lines. Quantities and amounts are shown where recorded; some scope lines may not have both values.

02 / Issued estimate history

Read each issued revision in context

The history lists each issued revision with its revision number, issue date and total in GBP. A saved change note and source drawing set or revision appear when recorded. Recorded labour inputs and their basis may also be listed for an issue.

Downloads available by revision

  • Download that revision’s issued PDF or line-items CSV.
  • Download the revision package ZIP.
  • If a material schedule is available for that issue, download its CSV or PDF.

03 / Line comparison

See what changed between the latest two issues

The comparison covers only the two most recent approved and issued estimate snapshots. It identifies estimate lines as changed, added or removed and shows the previous and latest quantities and amounts, with both revision numbers and issue dates. A quantity or amount may be absent when it was not recorded for a line.

The comparison is unavailable until two estimate revisions have been issued. It does not offer a choice of arbitrary older revisions. If the latest two snapshots have no line changes, the status page says that no estimate lines changed between them.

04 / Bid review

Cross-check notes, lines and drawings

  1. 01

If a change note is present, read it beside the line comparison for the context recorded for the latest issue. Then check which estimate lines changed, were added or were removed.

  2. 02

For each issue with a recorded source drawing set or revision, compare that reference and the issue date with the tender drawings and information you are reviewing.

These records describe issued estimates. Unsaved draft edits are not part of issued history. The estimate supports your review; you retain ownership of your bid, including the final commercial decision and submission.
